Returns and exchanges may only be made within 30 days of purchase. Customers interested in returning or exchanging an item must first email welcometobekahsblock@gmail.com with a description of the concern with the product or the desired item for exchange. Refunds of the item cost are issued via the original purchase method. Additional shipping costs are required for exchanges or returns.  

Items are typically shipped within 24 hours after payment is received. Customers can expect to receive their items within 5-7 business days after purchase. Expedited and overnight shipping options are available. Please note that Sundays and Christian holidays may delay shipping as we do not work in observance of those holy days.
